Maths Craft held a festival in Christchurch on Sunday 23 May 2021. Featuring a collection of craft creation stations as well as public talks by mathematicians and crafters, this celebration of maths engaged people of all ages.

Maths Craft were delighted to be invited to the Tauranga STEM Festival in October 2019, a family-orientated day of fun activities to celebrate and experience the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Our major event in 2019 was the Martinborough Maths Craft Festival, a day-long Maths Craft festival with special guest, best-selling author, mathematician, and pianist Eugenia Cheng.

Maths Craft New Zealand’s second Christchurch festival was held on Sunday 1st July in The Great Hall and was a fantastic success!

Maths Craft was delighted to be invited back to the Space & Science Festival in 2018, held at Onslow College, Wellington.

Maths Craft first ever event in Dunedin was held on Sunday 11th February 2018 in the Otago Museum, and was a big success.

The first ever Christchurch Maths Craft Day was held on Sunday 18th June in the Great Hall at the Arts Centre, and was a great success. The day-long event combined eight hands-on craft stations with a series of public talks.

Maths Craft were invited to “make maths fun” at the Space & Science Festival 2017, held on 13 May at Onslow College, Wellington.

Maths Craft held two workshops at the Primary Mathematics Association (PMA) Seminar Day on Saturday March 25th.
